A number of remedial projects in words and pictures

	2006: Office buiding in Oberforstbach near Aachen Renewed heating system, hydraulically balanced with bajorath controller.
	2006: Stables and residential building in Baden Renewed heating system with wood-fired boiler, solar energy system planned, heat distribution over distance.
	2005: Residential/Office building in Luxemburg Renewed heating system according to bajorath system.
	2003: Multi-occupied residential house in Schleswig-Holstein Reconstruction of a heating system from the seventies.
	2002: Residential estate The heating contractor was complaining: the efficiency of the heating system is only 86%.
	2002: Podere San Domenico This modernized farmhouse in Casentino is fitted with a wood-fired stove and radiators. A hot water solar system with a buffer was installed and the water supply system was improved.
	2002: Group holiday center in Schleswig-Holstein Reconstruction of seventies-built ventilating and heating systems including hot water.
	2001: Appartment house in Dortmund A rare instance of a landlord investing time and money to save energy for the benefit of his tenants.
	2000: Residential house in Mexico Design of the solar system for heating and hot water.
	1998: Die Objekt Gestaltung Design GmbH Redesign of a factory building with offices and 4 workshops: insulation, remediaton of fassade and 2 heating systems.
	1998: Multi-occupied residential house 4 heating systems rebuild, renewed the heating control system of the main buiding, 2 heaters for underfloor heating, pool, hot water coordinated.
	1998: Obermühle Aachen ® In this remedial hotel project, completed in summer 1998, we rebuilt 3 heating systems, renewed the heating control system of the main buiding.
	1995: Residential house in Alsdorf Extension and renovation of this residential house with new heating and solar energy hot water systems and utilisation of rainwater.
	1983: Commercial building in Aachen We looked after this 5-floor commmercial building in Aachen for 7 years, successfully combating the sick building syndrome.

Our long-term heating optimization project

Our optimizing project is at its own website
The economies we made by permanent datalogging by our data capture system led us create the separate website www.heizungsbetrieb.de. Data logging made it possible to show changes and the saving-strategies implemented at the end of the year.
 

Since optimization began, no changes have been made to the house, and the inside temperatur was always 20ºC. It should be remembered that the boiler has to warm the hot water too.   These strategies cut oil costs by about 40%, thus reducing CO2, soot and pollution. The details about how to achieve this cannot be revealed on this site. Look yourself... (Be careful, its a lot - look for yourself, you may get hooked :-)
